HOW IT WORKS
A different kind of class
Each month follows a theme β so every Wednesday builds on the last. No prep, no prerequisites. Drop in whenever you're ready.
STEP 1
Book your spot
Choose the Wednesday that works for you. You'll receive the Zoom link and details by email.
STEP 2
Arrive as you are
No 'perfect setup' required. A bit of floor space is enough. Props are optional β curiosity is not.
STEP 3
Move from the inside
We work with sensation, breath, and intelligent structure β so you can find your own way, in your own body.
STEP 4
Take something with you
You'll leave with a clearer felt sense β and often a new question that changes how you practice. Plus a link to the recording of the class!
THE POINT OF THE CLASS
A weekly reset β without switching yourself off.
Many people come to this class because they're tired of being "fixed". Here, the body isn't a problem to solve. It's a relationship to build.
You'll likely leave with:
A clearer sense of what's happening in your body today
Less gripping β more support
A practice you can repeat in small moments during the week
More sensation. Less performance.
We're not chasing a shape. We're listening for information: pressure, breath, effort, ease. That's where change happens.
Strength that supports mobility.
Sustainable range of motion comes from nervous-system safety and intelligent load β not from forcing.
Permission to be in process.
You'll be invited to explore, not instructed to obey. The practice is a structure for curiosity.
