How can we keep the spine safe and strong but mobile? Your spine in motion in daily life doesn’t act in a linear way, so we can drop these concepts about keeping the spine straight and “aligned” and start feeling more. Learn how to find more freedom and integrated strength in movement. We allow the spine to find its own way, making space and releasing the tension. This information will bring into a new respect for your body and bring that to your practice.
Spinal Core Movement For Back Relief
I love this class and there is no one who wouldn’t benefit from it. I’m bringing you a series of poses and movement explorations to stabilise the spine but with range of motion. You’ll be visiting some classic poses but with negotiation, waving and pulsing to get your spinal “core” muscles activated. Then we move onto finding freedom in the whole back line of the body. A surprising discovery on how to release your hamstrings will assist with tension in the lower back as well as all the way up to the neck. This one isn’t to be missed.
Short Sequence For Spinal Elasticity
A shorter flow putting lots of the information we gathered in the first videos into an actual practice. Focus on remaining elastic and fluid to cultivate more stability and awareness in your movement.
Long Sequence - Spinal Freedom
A full length sequence to take the deep dive into our bodies. Not only will you find spinal freedom but by now, really trust the natural movements we can create and liberate the entire body.

Raised as a Vendatist, I grew up immersed in the philosophy of yoga. In my 20's I began to practice asana and research different ways of moving while studying the history of yoga. The resulting discovery is that yoga is EVOLVING and always has, so we have permission to explore these practices, challenge the myths, and move forward with knowledge and awareness.
My mission is to EMPOWER your practice. To help find your own pace, fluidity, and strength in a structure that is an invitation, not a rule. Tap into your curiosity and trust your experience to take charge of your practice on and off the mat.
