What To Expect
As we begin the journey we need to asses where we are and how we got there. Belief systems, old patterns, habits and things or people that no longer serve us need examining. In the Four Pillars of Transformation you'll discover how to take stock of your Life Closet, use Gratitude as a practice to move forward, Learn how to re-direct negative beliefs and have fun creating your own Superhero.
We are creative beings by divine right and there is potential for creativity in everything we do. But first we need to establish our relationship to vulnerability and leave self judgement behind. Exercises in this section will help you understand the power of Play, video vision boarding, the challenge of thinking outside the box and allowing yourself to colour outside the lines.
At this stage we need to keep our momentum. Probably one of the biggest challenges. This section takes you into Embodied Living with Clear Intention. We know the road may not always be smooth, often the opposite and usually unexpected. Integrate the practices in your daily life to navigate with curiosity and awareness. We have tools to keep us on track and turn doubt into thriving.
The Video Course
All of the above sections come with accompanying videos to help guide you with clarity and ease. I take some of the exercises into more depth and give you guided meditations and journalling assignments to work alongside the book. It's like we're taking this journey together and I'm here to keep you motivated and inspired in your own process.

I'm here to invite you into a practice that embraces your individuality and curiosity. An EMBODIED Yoga based on a sensory experience, free from outdated dogma and limited linear structures.
Raised as a Vendatist, I grew up immersed in the philosophy of yoga. In my 20's I began to practice asana and research different ways of moving while studying the history of yoga. The resulting discovery is that yoga is EVOLVING and always has, so we have permission to explore these practices, challenge the myths, and move forward with knowledge and awareness.
My mission is to EMPOWER your practice. To help find your own pace, fluidity, and strength in a structure that is an invitation, not a rule. Tap into your curiosity and trust your experience to take charge of your practice on and off the mat.
