Dharma Talk + Guided Meditation
Start your week with a meditation rooted in the monthly theme. Each session opens with a short Dharma talk โ a reflection to carry into your practice and your life.
Tuesday
Strength Training
Targeted, intelligent strength work that supports your mobility. Different muscle groups each week, building cycles that give your body what it actually needs.
Wednesday
Embodied Yoga Class
The heart of the practice. Sensation-based yoga woven around the monthly theme โ working with breath, pressure, effort, and ease to build sustainable range of motion.
All live classes are recorded. You have access to 6 months of recordings on demand โ so you never miss a session.

Questions before you start
What if I can't attend the live classes? +
Every class is recorded and available on demand for 6 months. Many members practise primarily from recordings and still feel deeply connected to the work.
How is this different from a regular online yoga class? +
Three things: the monthly theme gives your practice direction, Julie's teaching is rooted in 25+ years of embodied research (not just poses), and you get personal interaction โ this isn't a broadcast.
What do I need to join? +
A device with Zoom, some floor space, and an internet connection. A mat is helpful but not essential. Props are optional โ curiosity is not.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There's no contract or minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you like โ though most members who leave tend to come back within a few months.
What's the Wednesday drop-in class? +
The Wednesday yoga mobility class is also available as a single drop-in for โฌ19 โ no membership needed. It's a great way to try the work before committing. EMC members get it included.
