Your Weekly Rhythm

  • Friday — Dharma Talk + Guided Meditation (recorded): begin with a short reflection, then a guided meditation rooted in the monthly theme.
  • Tuesday — Strength Training (live on Zoom): targeted, intelligent strength work that supports mobility — cycling through muscle groups so your body gets what it actually needs.
  • Wednesday — Embodied Yoga Class (live on Zoom): sensation-based yoga woven around the monthly theme — working with breath, pressure, effort, and ease to build sustainable range of motion.

Practice from anywhere
All live classes are recorded. You’ll have 6 months of recordings on demand — so you never miss a session.

A note about live classes
The EMC is rooted in live teaching — and life happens (especially with a traveling teacher). If a live session ever needs to shift, you’ll receive a pre-recorded alternative or be guided to the library so your practice stays supported.
