THE POWER OF PRANA
Regulate your stress level and boost your immunity by tapping into the vital energy within. Learn how to bring a sense of ease and grounding into your life. Discover the power of Pranayama (breath work), Movement (asana) and Stillness (meditation), to FEEL your Prana. Get grounded, release tension, relax and find a focused awareness.

Hi, I'm Julie

I'm here to invite you into a practice that embraces your individuality and curiosity. An EMBODIED Yoga based on a sensory experience, free from outdated dogma and limited linear structures.
Raised as a Vedantist, I grew up immersed in the philosophy of yoga. In my 20's I began to practice asana and research different ways of moving while studying the history of yoga. The resulting discovery is that yoga is EVOLVING and always has, so we have permission to explore these practices, challenge the myths, and move forward with knowledge and awareness.
My mission is to EMPOWER your practice. To help find your own pace, fluidity, and strength in a structure that is an invitation, not a rule. Tap into your curiosity and trust your experience to take charge of your practice on and off the mat.

The Power Of Prana
Regulate your stress level and boost your immunity by tapping into the vital energy within. Experience the connection with your life force - Prana and learn to master your nervous system, and regulate your stress responses.

Gain insight into the power of working with your subtle energy - Movement practice to release Prana - 30 min
Sense your life force through movement of muscles, joints and spine - Tibetan Purification Pranayama - 15 min
Help maintain your focus and tune into a grounded balance and calm with this powerful exercise. - Vi Sama Vritti Pranayama - 15 min
The exercise will help you to reduce anxiety and relax your nervous system.
