You don't need to chase every trend.

But it does help to recognise what's changing, know the value of your expertise, and decide when to adapt and when to stay your course.

The wellbeing industry has changed a lot in the past five years, and the next five will bring more change. As yoga teachers, understanding the wider landscape helps us make informed choices about our work.

Yoga is a practice with depth, history and ethics. Earning a living from it also asks us to think like business owners. How do we honour those values while building work that's fulfilling and financially sustainable?

This lab is for you if…

You feel tempted to add the latest trend, but you're not sure it's really you

You're busy but not fulfilled, or fulfilled but not earning enough

You know you're good at what you do but find it hard to say why

You're at a crossroads and want to choose your next step deliberately

In this Teachers Lab, we'll look at

The bigger picture: how yoga and the wider wellbeing industry are changing, and where you want your work to sit

New skills and trends: when adding something new strengthens your teaching, and when it just spreads you thinner

The value of your expertise: the skills and experience you already have, and how to use them in ways you care about

Where your energy goes: what in your schedule no longer serves you or your students, and how to make room for work that's more satisfying and pays better

Communicating honestly: talking about your teaching in a way that feels clear and true to you, without getting lost in the noise of social media

You'll leave knowing

What to keep, what to change and where to focus next, with practical steps towards a teaching life that supports your students, your values and your livelihood.

"

So informative. Loving these workshops. Will attend live for the next one.
