Feet to the Pelvis
Connection

Understand where balance really comes from. Where foundation is always moving. And why starting from the ground changes everything.

1 session · 2 hours Live on Zoom + recording (60 days) For teachers & dedicated practitioners

BEYOND THE BASICS

Feet aren't just foundations.
They're the whole conversation.

The feet are the gateway to the pelvis — its stability, its relationship to the spine, and how the whole body organises itself for movement. Balance, transitional movement, and load-bearing all begin here.

A lot of what has been taught about stability comes from the top down — from the hips, the core, the cues. But when you start from the feet and work upward, something shifts. The intelligence is already there.

This lab is about learning to recognise it — and teach from it.
