I dived into yoga in 2003 in South Korea where I started by studying Hatha, meditation and Pranayama under the guidance of Aryong Choi Hankte. A bit later I entered a vinyasa class and I was hooked.
As yoga became more and more a life style for me over the years, I realized I wanted to infuse my passion to others around me. I wanted to help people to discover the numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga. I therefore decided to become a teacher in 2011 when I completed my Level 1 (200hrs) with Louisa Sear, Lucy Roberts and Rose Baudin of Yoga Arts Australia.
I have enjoyed teaching yoga since, which is why I decided to complete my Level 2 (300hrs) in 2015 with Brahmani Yoga.
