Teaching at Brahmani since 2010
2008: Vinyasa Flow
Inna first discovered yoga in London in 2000. With a background in media and a stint in PR, she experimented with a variety of yoga paths, before deciding to trade her desk for a yoga mat, and embark on an intensive Yoga & Ayurveda teacher training course in Goa, India. In London, she practices with and assists Hamish Hendry, and carries on learning through workshops and with her teachers. She has studied with a number of inspiring teachers such as R. Sharath Jois, David Swenson, Rolf Naujokat, Emil Wendel and Norman Blair.
Inna is fascinated by yoga in all its forms, its effects, and the intricate links between physical and mental well-being. She loves helping and watching students develop, and believes yoga is a lifelong learning process: a dedicated, regular –and yet fun- practice can only bring about energy and happiness.
Inna is also a freelance writer and loves sharing her passion for yoga, travel and the environment both off the mat and across the globe.
She has worked at Brahmani Yoga between 2008-2011, and during that time helped co-ordinate regular Clean up Goa events with the Green Goa Works organisation and Brahmani Yoga in Anjuna.
