Astrid Felsenreich is a psychological counselor and mother of three adult children. Her Yoga journey started at age 14, when her mother took me for summer holidays to a Yoga Ashram in Switzerland. Throughout her life she found Yoga always gave her solid ground.
She is excited about exploring how physical practice, breath, conscious observation of the mind and yoga philosophy can all be connected and used in everyday life challenges. She believes the practice of yoga and life off the mat are never separated. They mirror each other.
Her teachings are dedicated to connecting with people through mindfulness and care, offering the wisdom of yoga in a respectful way that opens a space for the needs of each individual, inviting them to unfold their natural and full potential.
She shares Yoga as a practical healing tool, that energizes the body, reconnects the mind into the present moment and helps integrating and accepting past experiences. This can lead to more positive, constructive and loving relationships with others and oneself.
In her Flow-, Yin Yoga- and Prenatal classes she cultivate a genuine, warm spirit of safety, acceptance and humor while focusing on alignment and encouraging my students to explore the inner space where breath, movement and stillness can unfold.
She studied with excellent Teachers through out the past 30 Years and has completed Level 2 TT with Julie and Emil 2012 in Goa and Restorative Yoga training with Jodi Boone in 2013.
