Finding Your Centre - Exploration through Yoga Movement, Meditation, Pranayama and Dialogue
This weekend workshop will be a mix of masterclasses exploring movement and sessions that address what takes us out of balance, off centre and into stress mode. We will apply practices that bring us back to "home base" - back into steadiness.

Cultivating Pratyahara and Dharana in our practices
Over 3 days we will tune out distractions and work with tools to draw inwards. Learn how to integrate this information to your teaching toolkit. Shift from our examination of how to make shapes and reclaim ourselves through an embodied practice then all the aspects of Yoga begin to align.

This event will be an informal gathering of people who are interested in attending Julie's Level 2 Teacher Training in London. It is an opportunity to meet Julie in person and get a better idea of what to expect. Get any questions answered and help solidify your intentions to evolve and expand your practice
Uncover many ways to invite the practice of pausing and stillness and being available for yourself in Julie's workshop Pause and Presence. This will involve working with asana and other movement, working with the breath and also working with our words, writing, and relating to others.
Find your own pace, fluidity and strength in this two hour masterclass session with Julie Martin. Using awareness of sensation Julie will guide you to explore natural spirals, waves, pulses, expansion and contraction, integrated movement, breath and pause.
