In this asana class, we’ll move between pulsations and waves, drawing gradually toward stillness. After June’s theme of “Letting Go of Urgency,” where we slowed down to observe and reflect, we now take the next step—inviting more aliveness and elasticity into our shapes and transitions through the rhythm of movement.
