In this masterclass the focus is freeing up the movement of the spine with the breath. We examine the ways we’ve been taught to breathe and unravel the predictable to create space for exploration. In asana, the breath isn’t about controlling when we inhale or exhale but finding the orchestration between the two. When do we need more power with the breath, and when are better served with a lightness of breath?
