Finding Containers Part 2

We re-examine the sequence from last week.

How do we find our edges? How do we find our boundaries in the different compartments/containers of our lives?
It can be big or it can be small. The macrocosm containers of our lives like relationships, families and jobs. The microcosm containers like our breath and movement.
How can we find the edges of our movement. Do we make it smaller, or slower, more elastic or less elastic? Can we bring ourselves back into the body and explore with curiosity?
