Gravity and the Spine We’re always in relationship with gravity. Either yielding or resisting. When we explore and play with these opposing forces we can find ease and range of motion in the spine. The spine moves in a multitude of ways but we are often in resistance. We think we should “hold” the spine but in fact we need to give space for the spine to organise itself. Finding that with our understanding of gravity frees up length, movement and stability all in one.
What to Expect
In this class Julie will breakdown movement information in accessible sequences that will then be layered and expanded on in exploration and playfulness so that as individuals we find our own personal practice.
