Utilizing
dance, shamanic process and profound intentionality with individual as
well as group exercises and witnessings, we invite change in our lives.
The workshop is a participation of depth and connection, creating a stronger
awareness of self and a deeper relationship with community.
All are welcome as we embark on a dancing, dreaming voyage to reclaim our lost parts. In this truly safe space we will vision journey to gather our whole selves and with support in the now, make strides into our futures.
Jo
Bainbridge Cobbett has been leading groups in California and around the
world for 13 years. It has been her continual journey of self discovery
prompting sharing the path with others. It is only through our dive into
the unknown that we recognize our true presence. Jo has lovingly trained
with Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms®), Vinn Marti (Soul Motion™)
and Susan Harper (Continuum Montage™) and is a teacher of their
works and processes. She continues to explore the terrain of the Dancer,
the Shaman, the Healer, the Listener and the Mystery. You may find her
dancing in Los Angeles most Sundays where she has fostered a tribe of
