"Commitment will give you character. Character will give you dignity. Dignity will give you divinity. Divinity will give you grace. Grace will give you the power to sacrifice. And then you'll be happy." Yogi Bhajan
Grace is untouchable. When we open to the understanding of true Grace,
we wake up to our own Divinity. We become aware of our true path and we
are blessed with a heightened awareness of where we fit into the universe.
We cannot force it, plan it or make it happen, grace is about surrender.
Through Kundalini Yoga and Meditations, we will learn to rise above all situations that trigger reactions in us, that make us act out of habit rather than awareness and work to create a flow of Grace within us. Yoga and sound break up the habits of the mind and shatter emotional blocks, while meditation and mantra align us with our natural state of Grace. We will create an inner state of strength and balance that will calm and open your heart, thereby making the impossible possible. Together we will celebrate the Grace that flows through us with yoga, mantra, meditation and dance.

"Viriam Kaur is my spiritual name given to me by Yogi Bhajan. Viriam Kaur means the Princess who is the Courageous Warrior of Truth. It is my daily meditation. My own personal path to celebrating both masculine and feminine - learning to be courageous, to be a warrior, to follow the path of truth, with grace. The Warrior and the Princess. Shiva-Shakti."
