You can be the best Yoga Teacher ever, but if people don't know about you, how can they be expected to come and find out just how wonderful you are. Come and find out some basic tips and techniques to help you put you 'out there'

Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training 500 Hour Course

We are now accepting application for our 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course. This is the only 500 Ashtang course registered with the Yoga Alliance. This course is 10 weeks from 27 October 2008 to 3 January 2009. Space is limited to 12 participants. If interested see our Trainings page for an application.

Shakti Spirit Vinyasa Flow & Ayuveda Teacher Training 200 Hour Course

We are now accepting application for our 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Shakti Spirit Vinyasa Flow & Ayuveda Teacher Training Course. This course is from 4 February to 25 March, 2009. Space is limited to 14 participants. If interested see our Trainings page for an application.

Workshops

We are adding more weekend workshops with visiting teachers as well as our usual staff. These will encompass everything from Ashtanga 2nd Series to Yoga Dance or Art Therapy and more. Check out the workshop page for upcoming events.

Bajans - devotional signing on Fridays...

We are excited to host Bajans (devotional singing) on the LAST Friday of the month as part of the Pranayama and Meditation class. See the class listings for more details.
