"Knowledge only becomes real wisdom when you experience it with your heart and being." Yogi Bhajan
The third chakra is all about our instinctual self - our gut instinct. Sizing up somebody's intentions towards you can happen in a split-second from the gut, but we usually defer to the 'rational' mind. We second-guess every situation from the mind, rather than feeling it out through the body - gut instinct - heart's desire - intuition.
Acknowledging our instinctual selves unlocks a deeper understanding of the body and our paths or choices in life. The third chakra is about will - courage - empowerment and to work from an instinctual level will create courage, enhance our will power and truly empower us.
So together we will go on a journey to the very core of ourselves. Kundalini Yoga to wake up our instinct and meditations to clear the past and clear our path! We have to meditate on our inner sun - the fire at the centre of our being - so that we can truly radiate.
"Imagination becomes your reality; when you do not have the capacity to talk to yourself, to communicate to yourself; when you do not question your own negotiation with your mind. When your imagination is held captive by your ego, how will you communicate with others then?" Yogi Bhajan
