Eileen Gauthier Suitable for beginners and more advanced students, this workshop will explore the principles of arm balances and inversions including preparations and/or variations for shoulderstands, headstands, bakasanas, handstands.

Students will work at their individual pace with an opportunity to both look at the basics of the poses and explore a range of variations in a playful and safe manner. Students will be able to take from this workshop ideas and techniques which will consolidate and enrich their usual practice while preparing them for more advanced asanas.
