I have been blessed with the opportunity to empower people to achieve positive changes in their lives for over 16 years, mainly working with disadvantaged communities in UK and NZ. I found yoga as a way navigating my way through emotions and finding some serenity in a fast, hectic lifestyle. Since then I have secured a sincere passion for my own practice and more recently teaching what I have learned to others through yoga and coaching.
I believe in making a better life for all through working with the values of integrity, humility, empathy and compassion. The body is a fantastic vehicle for promoting change, expanding awareness and accessing wisdom. I work in an open, honest and empowering way using asana with music and creative flow.
Yoga is a gifted art in helping us to open, expand and release on and off the mat to find awareness and peace. I am honoured to serve people in this way and continue to take inspiration from such experienced and fun teachers at Brahmani. I remain open and curious in my journey as a practitioner and teacher and look forward to continuing to grow into a more aware and compassionate woman and teacher.
I completed my 400 hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training at Brahmani last year and since have completed teacher trainings with Shiva Rea and David Swenson.
I work with yoga on and off the mat, with individuals or groups.
