Lou has been empowering people to make positive changes in their lives for over 20 years ; working with disadvantaged communities, families and individuals to promote health, wellbeing and happiness through coaching, social work and more recently, yoga. She has been working with her own body and mind over the last 16 years, initially to help manage a stressful career and navigate her way through emotions. Lou trained as a yoga teacher in 2010 with Julie Martin (Brahmani Yoga) to deepen her own spiritual practice while giving her the ability to assist others to grow and develop physically and emotionally.
She is a Qualified Social Worker, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and has a Certificate in Counselling. She brings all these skills, attributes and a depth of experience to delivering a process of creative flow with music that strengthens and nourishes the body and mind inside and out. The sequences are both challenging and fun.
Lou updates her portfolio of professional competence yearly by investing in training with people who inspire her. These include Julie Martin, Marianne Williamson, David Swenson, Byron Katie, Shiva Rea, and Gary Carter.
