Helen has been practicing Hatha yoga for over 20 years. Her main inspiration has been her mentor and guide Elizabeth Pauncz, who practiced yoga for many years with Vanda Scaravelli.
Helen’s background in bodywork and her passion for movement in spirals in the form of dance also has a strong influence on her teaching style. The major focus is to encourage others in their practice to STOP, LISTEN AND MOVE! Simplicity and slowing down is an important part of the teaching. You will be encouraged to take time to accept and acknowledge the way your body moves in the present moment with the breath, the ground and your spine as your friend, no matter what shape you are.
Helens yoga classes are open to everyone at any age or level of fitness and are packed with lightness and fun!
